Dear All,

Just needed a quick information please...

I posted my ILR application on 17March2016, Gave the biometric in the last week of March. Since then no reply from the Home Office. Even my solicitor has no reply from he HO.

I know there are several people waiting since Jan and Feb. Is there a way to know whether the application is still being processed.

(The only reason for checking is, say something has lost in the post or with the solicitor and I never knew it. The bottom line would be I will be the person responsible).

I'm in the same situation,applied on 24th Feb since then nothing heard back.

Hi ILR,

I think you should receive your response probably this week or next week. I saw many posts where people received their approvals in the 5th month. You time is due now. I suppose.

In the mean time do u know how we can check the progress of the applications.

Did you ever receive any of those standard emails from home office.
Apparently some people received the standard emails that their applications is still in processing. They received these emails at the end of every month.

Nope I haven't received any emails so far.
Really don't know what's going on with HO. Will complete my 5 months of waiting on 24th July.

Have you tried to upgrade postal application by paying the 400 pounds. Probably that's one thing we could try.

I tried couple of times,However they keep saying I'm not eligible.

Did you try to upgrade your application. I have been waiting since 4months 1 week. No response. Regularly checking with Solicitor- no response.
