mistake on payment

Post by jorge » Fri Jul 15, 2016 7:11 pm

Hi guys,

I received the letter from HO telling me that my
payment was declined. I used my credit card and
I think the person in council had missed type
the code in back of card.
my bank told me it was declined because of
wrong code number in back.
HO send a form to write again all bank details
it must be done in 14 days.

My question : can I just call HO and give them my
My credit card details? What number to call HO?

Thanks guys

I think you will need to complete the form that has been sent to you. May be used recorded delivery to be sure it is done? Please ensure you do this within the 14 days window you have been given.

Thanks

Thanks for your reply hola.
but someone told me that I could call HO.
That HO will take bank details by phone.
If I should call them I need to wait until Monday.

I don't know what to do. I am hoping maybe
some members had previously experience about
it to share here.

Return the form. Send by recorded or registered post.
(Casa, not CR001)
