Dependants - changing new employer

If I change to a new employer and apply a new Tier-2 visa, do my family members have to changed their also, or they can just inform UKVI about my new sponsor and job changes?

Hi,

Can someone help with this please?

I have quite the same question. My current visa runs out on 2018. I am changing my sponsor and the new visa will expire on 2020. My wife is my dependent. Does she have to apply at the same time as me or she can apply for a dependent visa anytime before 2018 to extend her visa until 2020 too.
