14 weeks passed no reply. senior members please help

hi all.
below my application details.
application sent: 30-08-2007
Application received: 31-08-2007
reference number received via email. 04-09-2007
urgent treatment form sent: 16-10-2007
called home office few times and they said that application still in process.

i dont know what to do. as i claim only 75 points. and now im over 28.
please help.

So what now you are over 28, you weren't when you applied so that makes no difference.
What do you want them to do so urgently?

That is a very long time to wait. Can you think of any reasons for the delay?

my application was straight forward. master degree from ukraine. uk NARIC attested. and uk work experience.
i check with my employer and they did not contact my them yet.
what you think? where should be a problem.???

Hiya,

There is no apparent reason for the delay. Guess you need to follow-up persistently with them.

Can you submit another Urgent Treatment form? What is the significance of an Urgent Treatment form is they don't act on it with quickly? I thought with an urgent treatment form, they either say a "Yes" or a "No", but do so quickly.

I can appreciate your concern, and I'd probably have submitted another Urgent Treatment request.

hi all.
i gave a ring to home office today and they said that in some case it may take more then 14 weeks. any one knows anything about it.

Dont worry so much...it takes time sometimes for unknown reasons..My HSMP came after more than 4 1/2 months...Patience Never give up hope!

Yes I did get approval...but have no idea why it took so much time!
