Hi,
My DOB is 15-06-1976. I want to apply for HSMP. I would like to know whether I should fill under 28 years or above 28 years application form.

Please give me reply

tvb1976..

If you are under 28 ====> use under 28years form (you need to provide proof of age)

if you are over 28 or you expect your HSMP application to get to HSMP team after your 28th Birthday=====> use the over 28 years form.

If you cant work out whether you are 28 or over...fill in both forms and let us know before you send them off

If you submit your application before 15-06-1976 you need to use the under 28 years application form and you will be able to claim the extra points for younger age. If you submit it after that date you will need to use the other form
