Apply for tier 2 from tier 4

Hi everyone,
i got visa student and which will exp in next 2 months
i got a company (small with 3 people) but they did not get sponsor licence
please help me advice
if this company accepted hired me, any change for me can move from my visa to tier 2
- Is that difficult for get sponsor licence now ?

It takes a few weeks for a company to be issued a sponsor licence, it does not happen very quickly.

What type of work will you be doing in such a small company that only has 3 employees?? What industry of business is the company in?
