My husband who is currently residing in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Has just been refused his Tourist Subclass 676 visa on the grounds that his intended visit to Australia was not genuine. He wanted to come to Australia to visit me, his wife. what should I do next? Should I lodge an appeal at the MRT or try and apply for a prospective marriage visa? I need some assistance in the matter. :(
