Should you mention PCN ???

Hello all again!

I want to thank the admins of this site who have helped me in the past and because of their help and support I was granted ILR in 2014. Now that I am about to apply for naturalisation this month, I was curious to know that do I need to mention the PCN although I have paid them on time. I was given four PCN In 2014 because it was a new bus lane and there were no signs that say anything about the bus lane. So do I need to mention them? I have also got FPN 3 points that I have already mentioned in the form. I am a bit confused. Can any of you admins please help me in this instance! Thank you..
