Tier 1 investor settlement application

Hi, I made my ILR application (main applicant and 2 dependents) at the end of Jan 2016, but I have not heard from Home Office till now.
visa issued 19 Feb 2011
visa has been extended 2 yeas ago (BRP card issued).
investment (75%) has been flawlessly maintained by HSBC Global... through out the period from Mar 2011 till now.
property purchased 16 May 2011 (25%)....
Public funds have not been claimed and no criminal records...
stayed in the UK 10 months every year...
registration certificate with the police issued
passed live in the UK and B1 CEFR
enrolled biometrics 14 Feb 2016
made a phone call, still under consideration... Their standard service is 6 months... problem....
made a complaint 3 days ago... is it useful? Is this kind of delay normal?
Could you please tell me what might go wrong with my application? Thanks!!!
