Tier 2 Minimum Earning Threshold

Post by powerprotec » Tue Aug 09, 2016 9:37 am

Hi,

I am on Tier 2 general visa since Nov 2011 and I need to apply for my ILR in Oct 2016. My basic salary is £32500 but I work offshore northsea so with my offshore allowances every month, my annual salary is way over £35000 minimum earning threshold. My salary slip would indicate the basic salary and the offshore allowances separately. I am not sure if low basic salary i.e. less than minimum earning threshold of £35000 would be a problem. Any advice?

Thanks

Is that guaranteed allowance every month or year? If so, then u can add it to the total gross salary.
