Tier 2 dependant visa for newborn in UK

hello guys need some help,
I am tier 2 general my ilr is due on june 2017 i have baby she is born in uk and is more than one year. I don't know fortunate or unfortunate I took some advice from friends and didn't apply for her indian passport as there is a situation she might have to visit to meet her ailing grand parents. Because she is more than a year I don't know what to do somebody told me to call HO. and ask for a confirmation letter that she has not applied for british passport can anybody help please

I believe you didn't even register your child as an Indian national or did you? Nevertheless, you can still do that - Go here: https://www.hcilondon.in/pages.php?id=85 and read point 5.
