Tier 1 ILR tax issue

Post by drdh4 » Sun Aug 14, 2016 9:51 pm

Hi, I'm due for the ILR end of this month as completed 5 year route in tier 1 general. But in 2010 and 2011 I declared £45000 and paid tax for £40500. That means I paid £5000 less in self employment, but still in the £40000 requirement That earnings I declared to home office is in only one tax year. And then in my extension my £8000of earnings from self employment is on two financial years so first financial year, I paid tax on £6500 but total tax paid to £41000 along my PAYE. In second year nothing declared as self employment but paid tax on £42000 from my employment. For ILR I only show my employment.

Same time my 10 years complete on 23 rd of August.
What will I do?
If I apply 10 year long stay, what happens to my wife visa?
Pls advise me

Suggest seek out a small business and tax forum to address tax issues.
