Dear Noajthan,
Does the same applies to a Non-Eu Parent with EUFAM (Irish RC) travelling with her son who is a British ?

Dear Noajthan,
From Ireland to EU Counties (except UK) for visit only.

If (1) the EUFAM says the parent is the family member of an EU national, and (2) it is the son who is that EU national, then yes. (I am assuming that you are the son, and that the only EU nationality you hold is British.)

Airlines use the
Timatic passport/visa database to see what documents someone requires to fly somewhere; you can check it too...
Example
Timatic system:

It appears that
Gibraltar
Poland
Cyprus
Czech Republic
Croatia
Norway
Belgium
do not insist on holders of UK-issued EEA Residence Card of a family member of EEA national to travel together with the EEA national or to join EEA nationals in those countries. Said differently, a holder of a card - a non-EEA national - can travel on his/her own to these countries.
