Biometric fingerprint

Morning.

If my EEA PR application is approved do I need to provide biometric fingerprint???
Also if approved do you get like a EEA PR card with ID????


Some say yes some say only if NON-EU citizen!

2 weeks in and no acknowledgement from home-office that they've received application, only took £65 payment.
