320(7b) of immigration rules

Post by SyS64786 » Wed Aug 24, 2016 5:42 pm

Hello there,

i have applied visa and been refused for 320 ( 7A).
"You should note that the application for entry clearance has been refused under paragraph 320(7A) of the immigration rules, any future applications MAY also be refused under paragraph 320(7B)of the immigration rules. A refusal under paragraph 320(7b) of immigration rules attracts an automatic refusal of 10 years. "
Now i am intending to apply as visitor visa to see my gf . Do you guys think i would be get automatic refusal of 10 years ? 320 (7b) and [God-forbids] if i do Can i then apply for spouse visa in later on in ( 2 3 years ).

because i am worried if i get ban 10 years ban i wouldn't be able to apply for spouse visa too ?

regards

What visa did you apply for that they refused?

What deception is HO claiming against you?

What is your UK immigration history?

Highly unlikely that you will be granted a visitor visa.

Yes, any ban imposed will result in a refusal of a visitor visa.

I haven't been ban yet i still can apply for visa isn't ? ( 320 (7A) ) .

Can i apply " Join the partner ( Spouse visa ) " next year ? or do i get ban for that too ? and how long that visa would be valid for if i am granted spouse visa ?

Kind Regards

A spouse visa is valid for 33 months then it has to be renewed for a further 2.5 years.

They may consider if 320(11) is applicable.

A visitor will almost certainly be refused under 320 (7B).

It will be mandatory.

However I don't believe you will be refused under 320 (11) , simply because you withheld material information.
