ILR Application - Company takeover

Dear members,

I have few questions, could you please explain me;

Tier 2 granted : 8th Jan 2012 for 3 years
Tier 2 Extension granted : 21 Jan 2015 for 3 years

From Jan 2012 till now, my company has been took over by other companies twice and everything is being updated with HO regarding sponsoring license and my details to new sponsor.

On the basis of above scenario, could someone reply me of following questions;

when can i apply for ILR, could it be after 15th of December 2016?
Do i need to provide any information regarding company take over?

i am thinking to take same day service for ILR with my dependent , do i need to consider further before go?

Dear Members,

Could you please help me to provide details regarding maintenance funds requires for my dependant while applying together by premier service.how much do i need to show maintenance funds in support of my wife & for how many days should it be in my/her account.

would be great if you can provide me link as well.

She has spent 5 years here as my dependant (Tier 2 Dependant). in this case do we need to provide Maintenance funds?
