visitor visa for my in laws

Hi ,

I hope someone can help me with the documentation requirement for visitor visa.

I would like to invite my parent in laws to UK for three weeks. But i am not sure if we have the enough documentation.

A bit insight, my father is law is a doctor in subdivision hospital in government sector in a small city where they don't even get payslip and any letter is been printed on a a4 sheet followed by hospital seal and authorizing officer signature . The hospital don't even have there own letterhead. My mother in law is a housewife.

This are documentation we have managed till now.

From my (sponsor) side :

(1) Last three months payslip
(2) Last 6 months bank statement ( balance over 5000 pounds)
(3) Property documents (title and registry) to prove we own a property in uk
(4) My British passport copy
(5) electricity bill copy
(6) invitation letter

From my in laws side :

(1) Housing documents and valuation documents (Joint name) (Property worth over 100000 pounds or 1 crore in indian rupees )
(2) Fixed deposit documents ( fixed deposits above 20k pounds or 20 lacs indian rupees)
(3) bank statement
(4) Income tax returns for last 2 years
(5) employer letter confirming position and salary ( Please note this is letter is not on the hospital letterhead, its been printed on A4 sheet which is followed my hospital seal and authorizing officer signature and contains hospital name, hospital address and contact number)
(6) employer letter confirming holiday sanction ( also this letter is not on the hospital letterhead, its been printed on A4 sheet which is followed my hospital seal and authorizing officer signature and contains hospital name , hospital address and contact number)

My father is law don't get payslips and he has enquired in the hospital and no body has any clue on getting the payslip.

Can someone please confirm if above documents without the payslips will be sufficient or not for the visitor visa for my in-laws?

Hi I hope someone can provide me help , as i am stuck.

I am applying for my father in law and mother in law visitor visa from India to visit us in uk for a period of 3 weeks.

This are the documents we have managed :

for parent in laws

(1) Last 3 years income tax return for father in law , as mother in law is a house wife
(2) Employment : Leave sanction letter , letter confirming employment and salary
(3) Joint Property document include property valuation report, property tax receipts original and English translated and then done notary , property mutation document original and English translated and then notary
(4) Fixed deposit for both mother in law and father in law ( each having £18 k in there fixed deposit)

(5) Bank passbook and bank statement for last 6 months ( They have £ 3k each in there saving account)
(6) Passport for father in law and mother in law

From sponsor side in UK

(1) Property documents
(2) Last three months payslips
(3) Invitation letter
(4) Bank statement
(5) Electricity bill
(6) British passport copy

(a) Can some one please let me know if these documents are sufficient?
(b) Do we need to provide any photographs as it is not mentioned anywhere? or do they take photograph at biometrics?
(c) I am using the new beta system for standard visitor visa application. So i believe i need to fill two different application forms, one for my father in law and another one for my mother in law? am i right?
(d) if we need to fill two different application forms , how do we have same appointment slot of both of them. as i believe appointment need to be booked after we pay for the application from the individual application section

Can someone please assist me as i am confused with this
