Jobs creation for pre-April 2014

On the application form there are tables given for different posts created.
i wonder how would one put an employee on it who has worked 24 months continously which is only one post.
but according to transitional arrangements for pre april 2014 applicants they can hire one person for 24 months and form equivalent to 2 full time posts..
how would one show it on the table.

Just put it in one table with the dates covering 24 months. If you are covered by transitional arrangements, you will be awarded points as you are NOT required to create at least two positions.

could you please help me i hav created other jobs but i have confusion with one of it.
i created one full time six months and then another part time 12 - 20/week for 12 months.
can i combine these two to make one one full time job..
as guidance say we cannot combine two different jobs which has lasted for less than 12 months or is that for post april 2014 applicants.i dont understand that part of guidance.please explain it to me.

Rules allow part time positions to be added together to make a full time position. I am not sure about mixing full time and part time positions
If you are covered by transitional arrangements, you CAN combine multiple positions which lasted LESS than 12 months. For example a full time marketing manager position that lasted for 4 months and a software engineer position for 8 months can be added together to make 12 months of full time employment.

Technically yes because for post April 2014 applicants, each position created must have lasted at least 12 months to be counted in the first place.
I hope you are not confusing Position/job in a company with an employee/worker.

In relation to the above topic, I just wanted to make sure I am on the right path.
On the whole I have 6 employees; 5 part times, 1 full time:

1.Part time Jan 2015 - May 2016 (Account Manager)

2 Part Time Feb 2015 - August 2015 (Developer)

3. Full Time May 2015 - July 2016 (Office Administrator)

4 Part Time May 2015 - August 2016 (Field Operator)

5. Part Time Nov 2015 - July 2016 (Cleaner)

6. Part Time August 2016 - till date (Cleaner)

How do I joggle these on the application form, in the area of Job 1, Job 2 etc?
