Tier 2 Visa and KiddiVouchers

Dear All,

I am on Tier 2 Visa and I have recently become a dad. My employer very recently started a scheme called kiddivouchers. In this you get child care vouchers in lieu for salary sacrifice. I would like to get these child care vouchers since it will be a great savings.

My question is:-
1. Can Tier 2 employees use this scheme.
2. Since this is a salary sacrifice scheme, will this affect the sponsorship in anyway? Because I will normally get a reduced salary and the rest as vouchers.

Does anyone have any experience with this scheme?

1. Yes there is no restriction on buying Childcare vouchers.
2. The salary sacrifice only reduces your take home but not your Gross Income which is the basis of your leave.

I am going to start using them from January whilst being on Tier 2 leave.
