Tier 2 Visa - Work related absence from UK

Hi,

My company is planning to send me to India for 75 days as a part of a project.

60 days - work
15- days holiday

1.Is there any problem if I leave UK for 75 days on Tier 2 Visa?

2.Do I have to get any letter from employer when I come back?

3.Do the employer has to update anything to UKVI

4.Anything else to be concerned?

You are allowed 180 days absence per 12 month cycle. You will need a letter about absence when you apply for ILR.
