Off Sick while on Tier2

Hi Experts

Need your advise on my current situation, I had long lasting knee problem which need to be sorted by going for an operation which will eventually make me off sick for 4 weeks. I guess I will get sick leave from my employer but I am I eligible to be off sick for that long on Tier 2 (even if I am not paid in full for my time on off sick), does it causes me any problem when I go for my ILR

Hi,
I believe it should not be a problem but your employer must need to inform UKVI about the salary reduction due to sick leave within 10 working days after salary reduction.
