Flr Fp parent of British child 10 years

I hope someone will be able to answer this query
I came as a student in 2003 and overstayed my visa because of financial difficulties. I now have a 2 year-old Child who is British. The father's name is not on birth certificate but with DNA test my child was granted MN1 based on her father who has ILR. The relationship between the father of my child and I ended when the child was born. He asked me to leave his house and agreed to pay for our accommodation my child and I. I have submitted FLR Fp with fee waiver in July, acknowledgement letter was received in August and biometric free of charge in September. Do I stand a chance to have a successful outcome?
