Tier 2 Dependent newborn visa in UK

Hi Guys

I am on Tier 2 general Visa in UK since 2014 . I wanted to initiate the visa process for my new born baby girl.

1. How can i apply for her visa as tier 2 general dependent , i checked Gov UK but couldn't find details on it

2. Can i apply for her visa here in UK ?

3. Visa4UK seems to be the place when applying for visa from outside of UK , is it correct ? should i be using this site for new dependent visa

4. Is applying for new born baby Visa straight forward procedure or should i be worried and look for visa agents or solicitors.

5. when i came here to UK the dependent visa for my wife was initiated by my employer , for my baby will i be able to get the visa myself or i would need by employer involved ?

Read the necessary details and hit Apply to start the process

You can apply in the UK. It's a straight forward process and getting your employer to help is not necessary but if you think they will help with the cost, you might as well try your luck.

It asks for a Legal Representative.

If I put one of the Parent details.

And then asks for:

Name of your legal representative's organisation
Give their trading name if they are not part of an organisation.

And it's must be updated. And even if we add some Organisation/Trade Name it would ask for type of Legal Representative with few different option.

How do we go about it ?
