ILR Application for Dependents

Post by Saad_Kashif » Sun Sep 25, 2016 5:20 pm

Hi all,

My dependents (wife and children) applied from UK as my dependents (Tier 1 General) on 12 May 2012 and as 'living with your partner in the UK' rule of 2 years changed to 5 years from 9 July 2012 I think they are eligible to apply for ILR with me now (But some people say there is/was a deadline to take advantage of 2 years, hence the confusion..........)

I am applying for ILR via PEO, please could you clarify couple of things:

1: Are my dependents eligible to apply for IRL with me?
2: Do I need to complete to 1 SET(O) from for all of us? OR do I need 1 form for myself and children and 1 for my wife?

Prompt response(s) would be highly appreciated
Thanks and regards

1. Yes, they are eligible.

2. Yes, one form for ALL of you.
