Well I first applied for my initial approval and got a rejection in about 10-12 working days.

The reason for refusal was that I had provided only 2 wage slips covering the 12 month period I had claimed points for. Most likely, the case worker just saw 2 pages and assumed that I had not provided my salary break-up for the entire duration.

I faxed a covering letter explaining my case on a Friday evening and finally got my approval on the following Monday.

My approval was dated 24th September.

I have applied for my EC along with my wife as a dependent on the 14th.

I Faxed the form first and then mailed it aswell. Just praying to god now and hoping for the best. Will probably hear from them now in new years only. They have been pretty fast in processing applications lately. very nice. Its all good.

My review process took 5-weeks but with NO-LUCK!

Technically, review may take 4-14 weeks sametime as original.
