Hi Everyone
i have a question I'm getting married soon to my finance she is canada holds pakistani passport with candian permanent residence (PRC) , I'm a british citizen ill be getting married in Toronto so what i need to know is that can i apply for her spouse visa straight from Canada whats documents will i need and how long will the whole process takes ?

Any input in this regard will be highly appreciated i cant find anything conclusive on the internet

Yes, she can apply from Canada. Where in Canada will she submit the application?

Assuming it's submitted in Toronto, currentlymost applications are decided in 30 days.

Do you have an annual income of at least £18,600?

You will need to submit the most recent 6 months payslips + the 6 months corresponding bank statements.

Evidence of a genuine relationship, including marriage certificate & proof of contact between you during any time spent apart.

Adequate accommodation in the UK, available on your wife's arrival in the UK.

In addition to the £1195 visa fee, your wife will have to pay the £600 NHS surcharge.

i have one more question i fullfil the income requirement , but i get like around £300-400 pounds in expenses for my travel claims every month and they come straight into my bank account can they be shown as part of income as well ?

There doesn't appear to be an option for submitting the application in Milton, Ontario.
