10 years P60s or One Letter

Post by Serpiko37 » Tue Oct 04, 2016 7:34 pm

Hi. Just wondering if I need to really supply all of my 10 years P60s (EEA) or can provide a letter from current employer saying although companies changed (TUPE) I am working on continuous service since 2006. Also if will be sending P60s is it good to send monthly payslips from April 2016 to support application to prove I still work.

Economic activity is not a condition for naturalisation.
The P60 thing is just to help prove you paid tax/NI if you did work.

It also helps prove residence for people whose passport doesn't get stamped on arrival - if this is the case then payslips would also help to cover the time since the last P60.
