Greetings,

i came to uk in 2005.

i need urgent advice from the board please.
1. i have 2 entry clearance-
is the date counted from the first entry clearance for Long residency or the second? ( i made application in time and was back in 32 days)

i have been in the UK for almost close to 10 plus years. I have an appeal which is coming next month. However i have booked my one day premium service for ILR. Could you please suggest should i withdraw my appeal before the appointment day or instruct my solicitor to withdraw it the same day( what proof would i have if i do it on the day(fax) and what proof if required?)

do i attach my work docs, payslips etc? as it is not a requirement

Please i urge someone to reply asap.

i submitted Tier-4 student (general) it went on for a while
first had NO right of appeal and later after a year and a bit was granted the RIGHT OF APPEAL.
So the hearing is in NOV

i have had multiple overwhelming information :
1.i have to withdraw the appeal and take a letter with me or else UKVI wont consider my ILR (this will end section 3, but i will have 28 days for a new application)
2. I can send a fax to withdraw my appeal from the court on the day of my application(LR), is this correct??

I have withdrawn today by fax. Would i also need to send it
Through the mail?
I am just wondering that now i have withdrawn, what if UKVI
Makes it invalid as it is not withdrawn on time and a letter of confirmation is not received to both the parties?
That would just complicate the situation and my application.
Please assist me
