VAF4A appendix 2 help please

Hi lovely people, please could you help me.

I am filling in the appendix 2 form and i am stuck on what to enter into 3:11


3.11 What is your sponsor’s annual income from this employment before tax? >>>>>>>>>>>>>>

am i suppose to enter my an salary based on my contracted hours or based on my actual hours worked because there is a difference of 8,000 per an.
or should i calculate my salary on the 6 month basis.
(am applying under Cat A)

Also......

3.20 What was your sponsor’s total income (before tax) from salaried employment in the 12

months prior to the application? >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>


This mean i go back to oct 2015 not sept right?
