Birth Certificate

Post by mariosuresh » Mon Dec 24, 2007 7:41 am

Hi All,

I dont have Birth certificicate. Also the Driving licence Iam have is of card type. I dont have the full licence certificate as I have submitted it to the RTA when I applied for my Driving licence card and they never returned back.

Is it sufficient to send Driving licence card and notarized passport copies to HSMP.

I really appreciate your reply.

Regards
Suresh

Hi Suresh,

I applied with License smart card and got approval.

This should not be a problem.

Cheers
