Salary records

Hi,

From last four months I am working in UK on work permit. How should I include my previous eight months of salary and four months of UK salary.

I have salary slips for all (UK and India) last 12 months and also Bank statements of India.

How points are calculated on that basis? Is my current annual UK salary helpful?
