Previous Passports DOB doesnt Match the new one

Hi All,
I am applying my Wife's visa to live permanently with me in UK. My wife is in Pakistan. Her old passports had wrong date of birth and name. And she travelled on those passports as well. last year she corrected her passport details, now it doesn't match with the old passport but matches with the Marriage Certificate. As it is very common of such things happening in countries like Pakistan.

Can anyone suggest what is best way to declare these on the application?
