HI

One of my friend have done MSC from Pakistan, now NARIC says that your degree is equivalent to UK bachelor degree. Can he apply for "Medium of instruction English Certificate?"

dear

you can only prove medium of instruction letter if your bachelor degree duration either 3 or 4 years. they dont considered master degree duration.
