Mistake in Spouse Application Form

Hello,

Recently, My wife made an Tier - 2 Dependency application. During the online application, for the option, whether you are national of a country in which you are applying for? instead of marking "Yes", it was marked "No". It was not realized and have submitted the application in hard copy also. Will this create a problem for her application?
Please advice what can be done

Rest of the documents are correct and have been submitted.
