doubt in filling Integra Verification form???

Hi Guys,

I got my HSMP Approved in Dec 2006. I am planning to apply for EC in jan 2 nd week. i have few doubts in filling of Integra Verification form

1. Employer Details.... Is it ok if i give the board no or the HR Dept no?...
2. The pay slips that you provide with the VAF2 Application needs to be sealed and signed if it is a online payslip???

> Better it has to be signed in letter head or signed & sealed in A4 plain sheet. Sending pay slips of online printout without sign/seal may be risky. Again it depends on the concerned officer how much he belives the doument is valid. Don't take chance/
