English Requirement & Maintenance for Tier-2 General Visa

Hi Guys,

I was on Tier-1 Post Study Work Permit a couple of years ago and then got Tier-2 General visa from my employer which is current, I am now changing my employer and applying for Tier-2 General again.

Can you please outline the documents I should be sending to UKBA?

Do I have to provide evidence for English requirement and maintenance of funds?
