Tier 4 dependent visa from pakistan wrong name online applic

Hi There pls urgently answer

Actually filling online application form for tier 4 dependent visa on question 3 where asks
HAVE YOU EVER USED, OR BEEN KNOWN BY, ANY OTHER NAMES? THIS INCLUDES A MARRIED NAME,MAIDEN NAME, NAME AT BIRTH, PROFESSIONAL NAME.
i have answered Yes as my name is changed after marriage. but when it gives option to put name it says that Family name/ surname, given name/ forename as stated in your passport. i was confused here which name to put, name before marriage or name after marriage. so i have put my name as stated on my curreent passport because question says name as stated on passport. this is my 1st passport.
My name before marriage was xxxx and after marriage it is changed to xxxxy and for verification marriage certificate and B form of family tree is attached with application.
now my question is
which name i suppose to give there name befor marriage or name after marriage as stated in passport.
and what corrective measures i need to take now if i was suppose to give previous name before marriage.

Name before marriage, as it clearly asks you to state.

Correct it by hand on the printed version.

Nothing you can do but wait for outcome.

You should have asked before applying if you were not sure.
