standard visitor visa accommodation doc

Hi All,

I am trying to get my parents standard visitor visa, for staying for a month, however I don't have rented house/flat agreement as I live in a shared house. My plan is to get a service apartment or airbnb for that month they are here however I can't book that now. Rest all docs and funding I can easily provide.
What kind of document I can provide for the accommodation need or is it necessary to have a owned/rented house with agreement doc?
