RLMT Query

Post by red poltergeist » Mon Nov 14, 2016 10:55 am

Hi,

If the same job advertised is on two websites and two different closing dates on Universal job match (till 15/Nov) and on company's website (till 11/ Nov) and both were advertised for 28 days. all other details in the advertisement are same

will this affect the RLMT criteria?

It shouldn't, as they don't need to be simultaneous ads.
If they were both up for a minimum of 28 days with clear mention of start and closing dates - and all other criteria - it should be fine.

The company web site will only qualify as a suitable RLMT advertising media if your company is a sizeable firm.
The guidance states it must be a multinational company with at least 250 employees in the U.K.

Thanks, That's so reassuring.

But does the second advert on the company web site meet the criteria?
If not then the RLMT is failed regardless

Yes mate, It has its own job id as the office website has different default job id but all the description is same.

The question is about size of company not 'job id':

Yes, They are a multinational company with more than 2500 employees worldwide and I am sure they have at least 250 employees in the UK.
