Postal application address

I will be sending relevant documents for settlement visa for my wife shortly. She will be taking her passport to Islamabad FedEx office where her biometrics will be taken. I have two questions:

Q1) I have contradictory information as to where I should send the documents. The link 1 states that I should send the documents to:

I sent all my documents to address below last week. this is address shown on VAC pakistan.

Your wife will need to take Passport, Passport photocopy, 2 passport size pictures, online printed application form, vac email confirmation printed, ihs email confirmation printed.

Thats all. this is what my wife took to vac lahore last week.
