10 Years Long Residency Appeal Rights

Dear Guru's/Seniors,

I have heard the appeal rights for 10 years long residency going to be removed from 1st of Dec 2016 ? Is it true ? Thanks

You will still be able to appeal, but only from outside of the UK.

Anyone knows, will these rules are for the new applicants who will apply on/after 1 Dec or these rules apply for existing applications too ?
