Best Person to Map a JD to a SOC Code

Appreciate Employee has to do it.

But some time job responsibilities match with multiple responsibilties from different soc codes

Can we select any one of them

Some of them are quite close.

Do UKBA use some common sense while they check suitability.

It is employer's responsibility to assign a cos. He should do that by assigning a cos which is MOST relevant to the job description he has. The word MOST is important here.

Employer needs to be on top of her game.

And you/employer needs to realise you/they are dealing with UKVI/HO now - not UKBA.
