Can I continue working in my Tier 2 General Job after receiving ILR? And di I need to give my HR a new copy of my BRP?

Please advice.

Yes you can. Just hand over a copy of your new BRP. It's required for your HR to maintain their records.

I think it will also be required of your sponsor to notify UKVI through the SMS that they are no longer sponsoring you because you have moved to another category of visa that does not require sponsorship. And of course your HR needs to get a copy of your new BRP for their record.
