Does a JOb in NQF level 4 valid to get Tier 2

Hi,

What if my current JOB is under NQF level 4 category, do I qualify for Tier 2 General visa O/C?

Although My job responsibilities cover few requirements under couple of SOC codes in NQF level 6. and i cannot find exactly my job role in the SOC lists as my roles and responsibilities cover different roles in the list.

Is only a NQF level 6 job only qualified to get Tier 2 Gen visa outside teh country application?

I have completed my RLMT correctly and awaiting to apply for COS.

Please Admin give me your valuable input.

Hi,

NQF Level 4 Jobs do not qualify for Tier 2 visa. The job has to be on minimum NQF Level 6 or on shortage Occupation list.

Your employer needs to work out which SOC closely matches with your job description.
