English language and LIUK requirement for BC(under HSMP)

Hello,

How do I support for English language requirement?

I was on HSMP (Judicial review) and hence during my ILR , I didnt require English or LIUK test..
So what should I do for Citizenship?

I have a BE degree taught in English from Bomaby so if it comes to that I can provide the proof..
However, I am "exempt " from English requirement and LIUK based on JR (HSMP May 2006)

How do I convey the message at NCS?
