Refund due over 35 days

Hi Experts

I had to cancel a PEO appointment and my refund is still not applied .

I cancelled on the 01st NOV . My appointment was for 10 Nov.

I have emailed them on Thursday 01st November but no reply from that email.

Is there any other way i can get my money back.

Please HELP.
