Naturalisation + Passport

I am applying for naturalisation and British passport for my family (2 adults + 2 kids) my question is:
1. I have got FPN in January 2014. Which section should I have to write about it in form AN.
2. My older son is 16 years & 6 months. He is in full time education but 3 months ago he started working for McDonald's in weekend. In form MN1 section 4.1 Child's occupation. Enter Student if in full or part time education and they are not employed. His Tax office reference.
What should I write in that section and he don't know his tax office reference, how can I find one.
