PBS Dependant extension with main applicant on ILR

Dear Immigration Team,
My husband currently holds 'Tier 2 General' VISA and he will be applying his ILR(Indefinite Leave to Remain) at the end of Dec 2016, based on 5 years residence.

I am currently on 'Tier 2 Dependent' visa and I don’t want to switch categories of my visa after he got ILR, (since it will reset my qualifying clock for ILR to zero). My current visa status will expire on 02nd Feb 2017 and I will be extending my VISA on 12th January 2017.

I would like these to be answered please.
1. I believe I need to extend my visa as 'PBS Dependent' visa. Please confirm if this is true?
2. Which application form do I have to fill in?
3. Documents required supporting my application and fees?

It would be really helpful if you could provide info to the above queries.

You will also have to pay the £600 immigration health surcharge.

Hi,
I wonder if someone can help. Please
I am applying for my ILR under tier 2, 5 year continuous residency route, in the end of March 2018. My wife is currently on tier 2 dependent visa, her Visa expires Nov 2018.

Do I need to worry about my wife Visa status change or anything during my ILR application?

No need to worry. Go ahead and apply your ILR.
Also apply ilr for your wife if she's eligible or else she can continue staying as a dependent.
