no Acknowledge letter by inis

i send my further document through solicitor, do inis send me or soliciitor acknowledgemet letter, i didnot receive my acknowledge letter by inis, i call solicitor he told me he send it two weeks ago, do i need to resend it

If you have a solicitor you are paying them (probably quite a lot) to do all the running around and crosschecking for you.

If you have nominated a solicitor as your representative then INIS should be communicating with solicitor.
