Family Details Section on Spouse Visa Application

Hi ,

I'm the Husband my wife is the Sponsor

in the Online Application form in visa4Uk

1. Under section Family Details there are sub sections like Sponsor/Partner, Father, Mother etc etc.. exactly who's info should be filled out here? the details of the Sponsor's Father and Mother or the Husband's Mother and father ?
2. in Sponsor details section, there is a question 'when did they arrive in UK? I am so confused the sponsor is British citizen born in UK . so what I should answer ?

you can put either 'since birth' or put your date of birth... and don't forget to explain it in the additional info page...
